Once complete, Omkar 1973 will be one of the tallest structures in India. The 400-plus sky bungalows, ranging from 2,500 sq. ft. to 18,200 sq. ft. area. It will have a height of over 300 meters and an area of about 5,000,000 sq. ft. The project consists of 3 super tall skyscrapers which are Omkar 1973 tower A which will have 75 floors, Omkar 1973 tower B which will have 70 floors and Omkar 1973 tower C which will have 68 floors. All towers will have 3 floors underground for parking.
